what subject do i look for an attorney who specializes in the subject to take someone to court for what i am about to tell you?
I am looking for an attorney bc i was trolled & defamed & the troll made me lose everything i had built up over 7 years of hard work and now its all gone bc of what the troller did to me.
what category or subject do i look for an attorney in to find one that can help me with these type of case?

Is there anyway to take down someone’s video that features a copyrighted song? I’m in an embarrassing video and the uploader won’t take it down. I’m trying to think of ways to get it pulled. Universal Music Group has the rights to the song.
Is there anyway for a someone who doesn’t own the rights to notify the rights owner for a DMCA notice?

Is it possible to sue someone who impersonates someone to maintain Mortgage issues? My ex Husbands wife has been impersonating me with my mortgage company for years and the Mortgage Company wont even speak to me because the ex wife kept putting the mortgage in past due status and Lieing to them.
